Interior design lead generation

Lead Generation For Interior Designers That Goes Beyond The Enquiry

Traffic is only stage one. Interior designer leads become projects when they are qualified, answered quickly, followed up and tracked. We build all of it.

The whole journey

Traffic Is Stage One. The Project Is Stage Eight.

Every interior design lead generation effort produces the first box. Whether it produces the last one depends on everything in between.

  1. Traffic
  2. Landing Page
  3. Qualification
  4. CRM
  5. Follow-Up
  6. Consultation
  7. Proposal
  8. Project

Traffic

Google search intent and Meta discovery, aimed at your city and ideal project.

Landing page

Explains your positioning, shows proof and asks the questions that decide fit.

Qualification

Captured on the page and confirmed on WhatsApp before a consultation is offered.

CRM

Every enquiry gets a stage, an owner and a next action.

Follow-up

Automated reminders and human conversations, so serious prospects do not go quiet.

Consultation

Booked from a calendar link, confirmed and reminded automatically.

Proposal

Tracked with a follow-up schedule until there is a decision.

Project

Recorded against the original enquiry and source, so you know what worked.

The wrong KPI

Why Raw Lead Volume Is A Poor Primary Metric.

Lead volume is easy to increase. Widen the targeting, shorten the form, promise a free design. The number goes up, and the calendar fills with conversations that were never going to become projects.

For an interior design firm, the cost of a poor lead is not the ad spend. It is the consultation time, the site visit, the proposal that was drawn up for a homeowner with a quarter of the budget, and the serious enquiry that was answered late because the team was busy with the others.

So we measure cost per qualified lead and cost per consultation, and we optimise campaigns towards those. Sometimes that means fewer leads. It almost always means more projects.

Ten serious prospects are worth more than a hundred enquiries, and they cost less to handle.

Qualification

What We Ask Before Anyone Books A Consultation.

These questions are asked in plain language, partly on the landing page and partly in the first WhatsApp exchange. Serious homeowners answer them without hesitation.

How to qualify interior design leads before a consultation

Questions

About Interior Designer Leads.

How many interior designer leads can you generate per month?

We do not quote a number before seeing your city, positioning and budget, because any number quoted that way is a guess. What we can say is that we measure qualified leads, consultations and projects, not raw enquiries, and we report all of them to you monthly.

Do you sell interior design leads, or generate them for us specifically?

We do not sell shared leads. Every enquiry comes through your own landing page, your own campaigns and your own WhatsApp number. The system and the data belong to your firm.

What is the difference between a lead and a qualified lead?

A lead is anyone who submitted a form or sent a message. A qualified lead is an enquiry where we know the property type, location, possession status, scope, approximate budget and start date, and the answers fit the projects you want. Only qualified leads should reach your calendar.

Which works better for interior design lead generation, Google or Meta?

Google reaches homeowners who are already searching, so intent is high but volume is limited by how many people search each month in your city. Meta reaches homeowners earlier, at possession or purchase, so volume is higher but qualification matters more. Most firms benefit from both, weighted by budget.

What happens to leads that are not a fit?

They receive a polite, automated response. Some are genuinely not a fit and are closed. Some are the right homeowner at the wrong time, and go into a nurture track so they hear from you again when they are closer to starting.

Lead Generation Is Only Useful If It Ends In Projects.
